We are pleased to advise that this year’s Annual General Meeting will be held on 27 November 2024 at 3:00pm at the Ground Floor Training Rooms, 365 Sussex Street Sydney NSW 2000. Please also note that we are not required to send hard copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting to members this year. This year again, we will live stream the meeting, and the link will be available closer to the date.
All members will receive hard copies of the Member Information Document regarding our proposed merger with G&C Mutual Bank, as well as the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Proxy Form.
Your vote is important
As a member of Unity Bank, you are entitled to vote at the AGM. You can either vote by lodging a Proxy Form or, attend on Wednesday 27 November 2024. Voting by proxy is easy, and can be done by SMS, email: returningofficer@unitybank.com.au, mail or hand delivery to any of our branches. We strongly encourage all members to vote by proxy prior to the meeting. Proxy forms should be lodged by 3:00 pm on Monday, 25 November 2024.
To submit your Proxy Form by SMS, simply:
1. Complete the form,
2. Photograph the front page of the Proxy Form on your phone, and
3. Text it to 0437 026 282
