A member share is a redeemable preference share. This means that, when you resign your membership your share subscription price will be refunded. Your member share cannot be sold.
You can vote like any other member and have the right to contest for a Director's position if nominated by your colleagues. Once a member, you remain a member for life, even if you change careers.

Unity Bank takes data security seriously and at times we may need to use biometrics (face recognition technology) for your protection. If this is required you will receive an SMS including a link from a third party ‘VERIFYID’ which uses this technology to scan, read & compare your identification.
Membership application forms can be completed when you call into the branch. You will need to bring along proof of your identity in order for us to open your account. Documents produced need to be originals or certified copies of originals.
